Program Advisor
For more than 40 years, Project Self-Sufficiency has empowered single parents to build lasting economic stability through education, career development, and community support. We are seeking a compassionate, resourceful Advisor to provide individualized case management, goal setting, career and academic guidance, and connections to community resources for single parents working toward education and living-wage employment.
This full-time, hybrid position is part of our Program Team and works closely with participants, colleagues, educational institutions, employers, and community partners across Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with experience supporting families, providing case management, or delivering career and academic services. Candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
Wage: $22.40–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits. The position is 36 hours per week.
